Just up the street from Sleepy Forest, on a hill overlooking the Lake and Meadow Park, the beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath Lakeview cottage (app. 1300 sq') has a huge deck with a firepit and propane BBQ, and a fenced yard right next to the Park. Amazing view of the Lake and fireworks on 4th of July! This cozy house is furnished with vintage & cute decor as you walk into the living room with a gas-only fireplace and flat-screen TV with a PlayStation including complimentary games and useable for DVD's! The kitchen - which opens up to the back upper-deck - has a booth-style dining table and beautiful set up including all needed dishes, utensils, and another small flat-screen TV. To the left is the Master Bedroom with it's own master bath, King Bed and large flat-screen TV, also opening to another portion of the deck. To the right head upstairs to 2 more bedrooms; the "Twin Room" with a total of 4 twin beds (2 trundles) and yet another Flat-screen TV with DVD; and the "Kid's Room" with a cozy queen bed (including a baby bedrail available to prop up!), closets, toys for the kids, and even yet another TV with both DVD and VCR! The 2nd bathroom is upstairs, complete with a shower/bath. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs as the guest bath, making 3 full baths. 4-stair heater system, summer fans included. Back yard is fully fenced. Enjoy the apple trees out front during the off season, walk to the park and lake, or around the popular walking spot of Eagle Point where the cottage is located! Lakeview Cottage is within a mile of The Village and Snow Summit Ski Resort. Fireplace does not allow wood. No pets/smoking. Free WIFI, Linens included, guests must leave unit clean (floors, kitchen, trash). A credit card authorization will be ran as security deposit when booked.
