Sleepy Forest Cottages-- Bob and Kathy Pool, with the help of
Bob's family, started this business in 1980 while Kathy was pregnant. Matt was
born the next summer and now spends time remodeling our cottages when he is not
studying architecture. He and his wife Amber currently reside off the mountain
where they attend school but hang out up here often. Josh was born a few years later and manages our reservations. He and his wife
Andrea live onsite and take care of guests day and night while raising our two
grandchildren and attending college.

is at 426 Eureka Dr. Big Bear Lake, CA 92315, one block north of McDonalds/7-11
and 5 small blocks from the only swim beach on the lake. Secluded cottages:
intimate, romantic, many with Jacuzzi baths in front of the fireplaces. Also
family cabins, some with Jacuzzi baths. Free Wireless Internet Access and
Continental Breakfast. Smoking and Pets not allowed inside any units at Sleepy
Forest.

Property Profile
Location: 426 Eureka Drive, Big Bear Lake, California 92315, one block north of where
Eureka intersects highway 18 at McDonalds, one mile east of the village. Meadow park, with
tennis, volleyball, baseball, playgrounds, the swim-beach and the ski-beach, is one block
further north. The office is at the end of the left side of the 1st block of Eureka, on
the left, with green umbrella tables out on the deck in front of 2 double French
doors.
Site: 1.047 acres / 45,598.4 sf. Topography primarily slopes slightly to the northwest.
The heavily treed grounds include paved parking, gravel parking directly in front of
several units, 10 lawns, well-established planters, patios, decks, walkways and campground
barbeques.
