The upstairs is divided into 6 tiny rooms with privacy curtains and sleeps 6 individual guests. Each room has 1 twin bed,  outlet, drawers and under bed storage. Downstairs has the shared kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi, and a living/dining area. Additional 1/2 bath close-by. Bed linens, towel, toilet paper and hand soap are supplied. 1 parking space per reservation. Non-smoking. Free Wifi. Heating and AC.
