Credit is valid for 1 month and you must call the Reservation Manager to use the credit. The new reservation can be rescheduled only once and is based on availability. Also, the new reservation cannot be on a holiday or a Saturday.  Weekday reservation credits can only be rescheduled on a weekday and weekend reservation credits can only be rescheduled on Sunday to Friday. The new reservation must be for the same type of unit and same length of stay. Guest needs to pay extra if there is a price increase on the new reservation. Additional restrictions may apply.
