Grandma and Grandpa's little yellow house (app. 400 sq') is the perfect place for your cozy get-away. This small log cabin (painted yellow) sleeps 2 guests in the bed by the gas fireplace (NO WOOD), and can sleep 1 small child in a single rollaway bed. Complete with a A full kitchen w/ full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker and microwave. It's located in a quiet neighborhood Lahontan Drive, around the corner from Sleepy Forest Office, and only a block from Meadow Park on the lake. In fact, the whole block is almost all Sleepy Forest homes and cabins. It is about a half mile from Snow Summit Ski Resort and a 2 minute walk to the lake. You are within a mile from the village and major shopping and dining. GG's House has a gorgeous gas fireplace stove and a 32" TV with DVD. It has a cozy breakfast table in the little complete kitchen. The Bathroom is comprised of a small shower and separate toilet and vanity sink. This Cottage can be booked online for 2 people, or call us to arrange for 3 people with at least 1 being a child, as the rollaway bed can only comfortably sleep children, and we cannot allow more than 2 adults. An extra person over 11 years old will be charged and additional $10 per night. NO AIR CONDITIONING, Ceiling and Window Fans to take advantage of fresh mountain air. A $200 credit card authorization is required at check in. Dogs only (2 max) allowed with $50 per pet fee, by advance reservation only, must not be allowed on furniture or left alone in or outside of unit, must not leave hair, must sign pet-policy. No smoking is allowed in this home.
